DigitalSystems102

The Digital Systems 102 course will cover the designing a digital chip using HDL (Hardware Description Language) and the digital circuit concepts that make it possible.  Hands-on exercises using the Ahtlatl FPGA board will be used for student designs.

The Digital Systems 102 course will pick up where Digital Systems 101 leaves off, covering the next steps in designing a digital chip using HDL while gaining an understanding of the digital circuits that make it possible.  This course will use the same professional computer aided engineering and design tools used in industry with the Ahtlatl FPGA board to allow students to design, simulate and test their own medium complexity chip designs.
